High School ★ Grade 9
Building Foundations for College Success
Grade 9 Program Overview
Our Grade 9 program provides students with a supportive introduction to the high school experience through a carefully designed hybrid learning model. This approach combines the flexibility of U.S. accredited online coursework with the structure, connection, and personalized attention of an on-campus learning community.
Students embark on their high school journey with a curriculum that balances academic rigor with personalized support, ensuring a smooth transition from middle school while preparing them for the challenges ahead.
Hybrid Academic Structure
Grade 9 students take two core subjects, accredited high school courses through the Virtual High School (VHS) platform, a U.S.-based online learning provider. Although the courses are delivered virtually, students complete them on our campus, where they receive in-person supervision, academic coaching, and guided support from our teaching team.
This model allows students to engage in self-directed, college-preparatory learning within a structured and supportive environment that fosters both independence and collaboration.
- U.S. accredited online coursework
- On-campus supervision and support
- Academic coaching from teaching team
- Structured, supportive environment
- College-preparatory curriculum
- Personalized learning pathways
🎓 College & Career Ready
Our Grade 9 program is specifically designed to develop the academic skills, personal responsibility, and digital literacy that modern learners need to thrive in college and beyond.
On-Campus Learning
In addition to their VHS courses, students complete the remainder of their subjects on campus in small, interactive classes. Our low student-to-teacher ratio ensures that each learner is known, challenged, and supported. Instruction emphasizes critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration, preparing students to meet the demands of advanced coursework in later high school years.
College-Preparatory Focus
The Grade 9 curriculum is intentionally designed to build a strong academic foundation while fostering independence, organization, and self-advocacy—all essential skills for college and life beyond. Through both virtual and in-person experiences, students develop the adaptability, responsibility, and digital literacy that modern learners need to thrive in higher education and future careers.
