• AISL.SST.01 HISTORY: Students will understand patterns of change and continuity, relationships between people and events through time, and the causes and effects of interaction among societies.

• AISL.SST.01.G1.02 Identify tools and inventions that have helped people.

• AISL.SST.02 GEOGRAPHY: Students will understand the concepts of geography and how they contribute to the interaction between humans and natural and man-made environments.

• AISL.SST.02.G1.01 Create and use simple maps to identify the location of places in the school.

• AISL.SST.02.G1.02 Recognize the use of symbols on maps to represent real things.
