- AISL.MAT.01 Number Sense: Students will understand and apply numbers, ways of representing numbers, relationships among numbers, and number systems.
- AISL.MAT.01.G6.01 Describe relationships among equivalent number representations
- AISL.MAT.01.G6.02 Understand role of positive and negative integers in the number system
- AISL.MAT.01.G6.03 Use number theory concepts to solve problems.
- AISL.MAT.02 Computation : Students will estimate, compute, and assess reasonableness of solutions.
- AISL.MAT.02.G6.01 Add, subtract, multiply, and divide integers, and rational numbers
- AISL.MAT.02.G6.02 Use reasoning to solve mathematical and real-world problems
- AISL.MAT.02.G6.03 Understand the properties of operations with rational numbers
- AISL.MAT.02.G6.04 Understand when to use estimation as opposed to an exact answer for a variety of problem situations
